Clean inside and outside. Deep embossed and soft leather. Shiny hardwares with light scratches; zipper closure works smoothly. Adjustable guitar and chain straps are in excellent condition. Minor rubs on corner edges which is common for this but it doesn’t affect the functionality. Inside is flawless. No unfavorable smell.
